Marcel Gaskin, through his attorney Sanjeev Datadin, has filed a complaint with the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court today against the Commissioners of the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) representing the Government as well as its Chairman, Justice (retd.) James Patterson.
The particulars of the offence state that Patterson, along with Vincent Alexander, Charles Corbin, and Desmond Trotman during the period December 22, last, to March 19, conspired to breach Article 106 of the Constitution which provides for the holding of elections in 90 days.
The complaint was filed in the name of Marcel Gaskin.
