Several people were injured this morning following a three-vehicle collision on the New Hope, East Bank Demerara (EBD) Public Road.
Based on information received, a route 42 minibus, a pick-up truck and a car were involved in the accident which occurred around 07:30 hrs.
Up to press time, no deaths were reported. However, a video circulating of the accident showed at least two persons being lifted out of the minibus in an unconscious state. The victims were all taken to the Diamond Diagnostic Centre.
