Jude Bentley, 39, died on the spot after being hit and dragged by a Land cruiser allegedly driven by retired Rear Admiral, Gary Best during one of his routine morning rides. The accident occurred around 4:30am at the embassy turn adjacent to the Subryanville area. More details to follow in subsequent update.
