Moments before close of poll, Guyana Standard visited a few polling stations set up for police. At most facilities, no voters were seen, indicating that most persons exercised their right earlier in the day. Around 5:00 this afternoon, a police rank was seen hurrying to the polling facility at the Police Officers’ Mess. He was the lone rank.
