A man who allegedly posted nude photos of three women, was today charged and released on $150,000 bail for the offence.
Twenty-eight-year-old Todd Brown, a security guard of Wortmanville, Georgetown, was charged under the cyber crime act.
He appeared before Senior Magistrate Leron Daly in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts.
An unrepresented Brown pleaded not guilty to the charges which stated that between November 4,2019 and November 5,2019 at Georgetown, he used a phone to transfer pictures of Tasiana Richmond, Abigail Alexander and Michelle Alexander with intent to humiliate and cause distress and to damage their reputation.
With no objections raised by the Prosecutor, Brown was released on $150,000 bail. The Magistrate then advised him not to continue this type of behavior.
