Management at the Giftland Mall has advised that the popular shopping centre and entertainment complex will be closed temporarily from April 1, 2020 due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic which has placed the country and the world in unprecedented times.
It was keen to note however that the FoodMaxx Supermarket will remain open to facilitate basic shopping needs for customers who will be required to abide by the guidelines enforced in-store by the FoodMaxx Supermarket to combat the spread of the virus.
Management of FoodMaxx also advised that the pricing structure will remain the same throughout this period. It cautioned however that prices may increase if the cost to procure the said goods go up. It noted that there would be no overpricing of any basic commodity.
Also, all ATMs will be accessible unless indicated otherwise by the respective banks.
As for the Mall’s Shoppers Pharmacy, it will be open to supply essential products. The opening hours will remain at 10 AM to 7.30 PM.
