The Attorney General (AG) and Legal Affairs Minister, Anil Nandlall has written to the Chief Executive Officer of Cevon’s Waste Management Inc., Morse Archer, requesting that his company vacates a plot of land it obtained through the Lands and Surveys Commission.
In the letter seen by this publication, the AG told Archer that the lands were obtaining illegally, and refusal to vacate will result in the institution of legal proceedings.
