Forty-six-year-old, Paul Marciano called ‘Paulo’, of Lot 12 Waterloo Street Burnham Drive, Wismar, Linden will be spending the next month in prison for breaching COVID-19 curfew restrictions.
The repeat offender was found in contravention of No. 4 of Covid-19 Emergency Measure No. (2), No.53/2020 Contrary to Section 21(2) of the Public Health Ordinance Chapter 145.
He appeared at the Linden Magistrate’s Court via Zoom before Magistrate Wonda Fortune, where he pleaded guilty and was sentenced.
