Guyana has recorded an additional 117 cases of the COVID-19 virus in 24 hours, taking the number of those infected since March 2020, to 13,283.
Fifteen patients are housed in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 85 in institutional isolation, 1,679 in home isolation, and 13 in institutional quarantine.
The death toll now stands at 296, with 11,208 recoveries.
