The Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed that an additional nine persons have succumbed to COVID-19. The Ministry said that the patients died between the periods April 25 andMay 07, 2021.
Three of these were previously reported to the public and accounted for in the daily mortality data. The six, however, were not. The Ministry recently acquired their results.
The patients were admitted with COVID-19 like symptoms but died while receiving care. Samples were taken at the time of admission which subsequently returned positive tests.
