Hosea Ajadai, the 24-year-old man accused of murdering his 56-year-old mother, Patricia Wilson at Kara Kara, Linden, three days ago, has died.
According to police, Ajadai passed away around 08:15hrs this morning at the Linden Hospital Complex.
Police said that Ajadai complained of feeling unwell while he was sitting on the bench of the MacKenzie Police Station. He was rushed to the Linden Hospital Complex where he was pronounced dead on arrival by a doctor on duty.
Patricia Wilson was found dead in her bedroom. An eyewitness reported to the police that he was called to make checks on the woman and her son, and on arrival, he met Ajadai sitting in a ransacked home.
He suspected that something was amiss and made a report to the McKenzie Police Station. Police ranks found Wilson’s body in a bedroom on a bed with a door on top of her. Her head and face appeared to be smashed in, the police said.
