A 24-year-old man, who was said to be part of a triangular love affair, was found dead earlier today in C Field, Sophia. The deceased has been identified as Keon McPherson of lot 687 D Field Sophia. Cops have since arrested a 21-year-old male and a 28-year-old female, the other members of the three way romantic partnership.
Investigations have thus far revealed that the female, who is also of C Field, Sophia was also intimate with another male of Broad and Lombard Streets.
According to the McPherson’s brother, Keron McPherson, at 23:50hrs, on August 14, 2021,he and the deceased were at home when the deceased told him he was going to C Field, Sophia.
The man was not seen since until around 04:00hrs today when an unknown female called the Command Centre and reported that the deceased was seen in a yard at C Field Sophia lying motionless with what appeared to be blood on his skin.
Further investigations revealed that McPherson sustained a gunshot wound to his left side chest and one on his right hand.
He was subsequently taken to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The body is at the Georgetown Public Hospital mortuary awaiting a post mortem examination.
