The Ministry of Health (MOH) has informed that two more persons who tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) have died. This takes the total number of deaths from the pandemic to 740.
The latest fatalities are a 70-year-old from Region Seven, whose vaccination status is unknown and an unvaccinated, 58-year-old woman from Region One.
The country has also recorded 362 new cases of the virus, taking the number of infections since March 2020 to 30,186.
