The Health Ministry has confirmed that four more persons, who were tested positive for COVID-19, have died, taking the death toll to 744.
The patients were admitted with COVID-19 like symptoms but died while receiving care at medical institutions. Samples were taken at the time of admission which subsequently returned positive tests, the Ministry said.

Meanwhile, the country has recorded an additional 258 cases of the virus, taking the number of confirmed infections since March 2020 to 30,444.
