A nine-year-old boy from Region Six, along with two adults, a 60-year-old man from Region Three and a 75-year-old, Region Nine woman, have succumbed to COVID-19, taking the number of deaths to 1,111.
The country has also recorded 815 new cases, further increasing the number of infections since March 2020 to 54,736 from 483,784 tests.
There are 16 persons in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 178 in institutional isolation, 11,770 in home isolation and 38 institutionally quarantined.
