Twenty-three-year-old Darrell LaFargue, who was before the court over allegations that he stole over $3M from Queensway Security, was today freed of the numerous charges laid against him.
He appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts where Principal Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus dismissed the charges. This was after LaFargue came to an agreement with Queensway Security.
The agreement is that LaFargue will settle the matter by having the bail amounts be made payable to the security service. Therefore having the charges against him dismissed. LaFargue was placed on bail for the charges read to him by the Chief Magistrate, Ann McLennon and Principal Magistrate Isaacs-Marcus.
A total of 56 charges were brought against him after over $3M is alleged to have been stolen by him.
