Linden Davidson, a 27-year-old labourer is now hospitalised after he was stabbed by a woman with whom he shares an intimate relationship. The incident occurred around 22:00hrs yesterday at Evans Street, Charlestown
According to the police report, the duo began arguing after the woman received a phone call from a man. During the row, the woman armed herself with a knife and dealt Davidson a stab to his neck and another above his eye.
Reports further disclosed that Davidson managed to evade the woman by mounting a bicycle which he rode to the Ruimveldt Police Station.
He was subsequently rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital. His condition is regarded as critical.
The suspect was later arrested. Investigations are ongoing.
