Cops in Regional Division 4 ‘B’ are investigating the murder of Quincy Weekes, 41, of Lot 31 Nelson Street Mocha, East Bank Demerara.
The suspect is said to be a 28-year-old Mocha resident. The incident occurred at around 8:15hrs today at the Mocha Access Road, where both men ply their trade as taxi drivers.

Four stab wounds were seen on the body: two on both hands, one under the left shoulder and the other to the chest.
The body was then taken to the Memorial Gardens Funeral Parlour where it awaits a post-mortem examination.
The suspect, who was also taken for medical attention, is presently in police custody assisting with investigations.
