Gordon Henry, a 33-year-old gold miner of Falls Top Village, North West District (NWD) was charged on Tuesday with murdering his brother, Clinton Henry.
He appeared at the Port Kaituma Police Station about 14:30hrs this afternoon before Magistrate Dylon Bess, via Zoom, to face the murder charge.
The defendant was not required to plea. The matter was adjourned to June 6, 2023.
Gordon Henry was nabbed at Five Star Landing, NWD last Thursday as cops were searching the shop of a 24-year-old female for arms, ammunition and narcotics. He was wanted for the May 5, 2018 murder of his brother at Yambay, Eclipse Falls Top, NWD.
