Premnauth Mohan, 39, of lot 58 Section ‘C’ Non Pariel, East Coast Demerara was on Tuesday charged with the possession of ammunition and a firearm without licences.
He appeared at the Cove and John Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Fabayo Azore, where the charges were read to him and he pleaded not guilty.
Bail was granted in the sum of $250,000 on each charge. The matter was adjourned to July 31, 2023.
