Thirty-seven-year-old Randy Wright, called “John”, was charged on Monday with the murder of Coast Guard Captain, Rondel Douglas at Cul-de-Sac Street, North Ruimveldt on June 7, 2023.
He appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court #1 before Acting Chief Magistrate, Ms. Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus where the charge was read to him. He was not required to plea to the indictable charge and was remanded to prison. The matter was adjourned to 14th July, 2023 for report and statements.
Douglas was gunned down in North Ruimveldt earlier this month after two men relieved him of his car.
