Akeem Lowe, 25, appeared at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Christel Lambert on Friday, where he was charged with raping a female child under 16 years.
The charge was read to him and he was not required to plea. He was remanded to prison until July 4, 2023 for filing of statements.
