The Guyana Government recently published a gazette order on the appointment of a new Board of Directors for the Guyana Energy Agency (GEA).
The decision, approved by Cabinet following the presentation of Memorandum CP(2023)OPM10/11 by Prime Minister, Mark Phillips outlines the composition of the board for a one-year term, commencing from the November 25, 2023, and concluding on November 24, 2024.
The appointed members of the Guyana Energy Agency Board of Directors include:

– Ms. Tracy Gibson
– Mr. Sheldon Howell
– Mr. Ramesh Ghir
– Mr. Vivian Lam
– Dr. Mahender Sharma (Ex-Officio), Deputy CEO – Ex-officio
