According to an article carried by this media outlet, titled,’Taxi driver alone granted bail, Medical Doctor, others further remanded over gold miner’s killing,’ it was subsequently clarified that Senior Magistrate Leron Daly did not grant bail to the taxi driver. Rather, the taxi driver was granted bail by the High Court. We wish to apologise to Magistrate Daly.
