The Ministry of Education and the Private Sector Commission will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that allows for the Ministry and the PSC to further collaborate to move the education sector forward.
The MoU will also see the PSC recognizing the micro-credentials earned by individuals who successfully complete the MOE-COL Coursera Workforce Recovery Initiative courses.
Micro-credentials are mini- qualifications that demonstrate skills, knowledge, and/ or experience in a given subject area or capability.
The inking will take place tomorrow at the National Centre for Educational Resource Development (NCERD), Kingston, Georgetown.
