“We are convinced that these are not the right killers because why would a person want to take one person from a point and throw it to another direction.”

Those were Gladson Henry’s words, the father of murdered Berbice teen Isaiah Henry and cousin of Joel Henry as family members picketed the President’s office.

Family members along with others from the public gathered at Shiv Chanderpaul Drive, Georgetown, where they were heard shouting, “we need justice.”

Others were seen with placards captioned, “We need the killers, not random persons, all in the name of justice.”

Gladson said, “But, this is more than that… these boys got to know more than what they say. We in going for no confession; we need to see the evidence.”

Mother of Isaiah said that “how long I en get justice, I am not coming off the streets.”

Joel Henry’s mother, Gail Johnson, also echoed similar sentiments as the parents of Isaiah.

The men vowed to find the culprits and mutilate them. After doing their own investigations, they were told about two young boys who would usually be in the area.

They continued their search for the culprits and subsequently met up with the Henry boys.

Upon questioning, the suspects were angered that they were not being taken seriously and proceeded to teach the boys a horrible lesson.

The young man was a relative of one of the suspects in the Henry boys’ murder probe. Police are yet to make an arrest in Singh’s murder.
