Her Worship Wanda Fortune today remanded a Lindener to prison for the possession of an unlicensed firearm.
Kirk Adams, also known as “Kirky,” appeared in the Linden Magistrate’s Court.
Adams pleaded not guilty to the charge, which stated that on January 22, 2021, he had in his possession a firearm without being the holder of a firearm license.
The court heard that ranks conducted a stingy and trail between Wismar to McKenzie and intercepted a motor vehicle that Adams was in and unearthed a plastic garbage bag behind the seat. Upon checking, the shotgun was found.
