Some 4,613 persons have received vaccines within the last 24 hours. This ‘record’ turnout is all thanks to the new COVID-19 guidelines issued by the government, which makes taking the vaccines essential for some citizens, Health Minister, Dr. Frank Anthony said today during his COVID-19 update.
