On Wednesday morning, ranks of the Mackenzie Police Station went to Coomacka Mines, Linden, Upper Demerara River, where a marijuana farm was discovered along with one makeshift camp and a wooden house.
The farm with all marijuana plants was destroyed by fire. The estimated value for the marijuana is $900,000. Investigations are ongoing.
