Davin Persaud called “Chrissy”, 28, of Parika Facade, East Bank Essequibo allegedly ended his life sometime around 01:15hrs this morning at the Skeldon Hospital, Berbice.
He was suspected to have murdered Trevor Allen at Parika on October 21, 2021. He is believed to have consumed a poisonous substance while in the company of a male relative at No. 74 Village Corentyne, Berbice.
He was rushed to the Skeldon Public Hospital where he was admitted in a critical condition under police guard and later succumbed.
