Erwin Owen Marcus, 40, of Beehive, East Coast Demerara (ECD) was yesterday placed on $500,000 bail after he was charged for rape Contrary to Section 3 of the Sexual Offences Act Chapter 8:03.
He appeared before Magistrate Ms. Fabio Azore at the Vigilance Magistrate’s Court where he was not allowed to plea to the indictable charge when it was read to him.
The matter was adjourned to January 11, 2022.
