Earlier today, a batch of 60 persons graduated from the Clinical and Technical Training Programmes offered by the Health Sciences Division of the Ministry of Health. The graduation ceremony was held at the Regency Hotel located on Hadfield Street, Georgetown.
During his feature address, Advisor to the Minister of Health Dr Leslie Ramsammy congratulated the students on the successful completion of their programme. He urged them to serve the people of Guyana with compassion and kindness when they return to their Regions to serve at the various health facilities.
The Clinical and Technical Training Programmes included categories of Audiological Practitioner, Environmental Health Assistant, Pharmacy Assistant and X-Ray Technicians. The programmes commence in 2019 and conclude in 2021.
