Guyana has recorded an additional 206 cases of COVID-19, taking confirmed infections from March 2020 to 39,779.
The death count remains at 1,054, with six patients housed in the intensive care unit. There are 1,040 persons in home isolation, four institutionally quarantined, and 39 in institutional isolation. So far, 37,640 persons have recovered. Health authorities have conducted to date, 425,814 tests.
