The Guyana Revenue Authority has instituted 10 charges against Ramps Logistics (Guyana) Inc in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Act Chapter 82:01.
Guyana Standard understands that the charges result from a recently completed probe carried out by GRA’s Law Enforcement and Investigations Division.
The Investigation determined, among others, that during the period of 2021 to 2022 Ramps Logistics made several false declarations to the Authority.
