The Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) raked in $198.7B at the end of 2018.
This was told to the media today by Tax Chief Godfrey Statia.
The official said that this is well over the $181B that was budgeted. It is also $27B more than what was achieved in 2017. He said that arrears account for $15B of that sum, $7B of which was from the amnesty granted from January to September last.
